This website is operated for Olivia Grace Taxes, a specialty division of Trio Tax, LLC. Its content provides general information about trust and estate income-tax preparation. It is not personalized tax, legal, or investment advice.
Tax rules depend on the facts, jurisdiction, and year involved and can change. References to a particular year, including the 2026 estate-tax filing threshold, apply to that year. Do not use this site alone to decide whether a return is required or when it must be filed.
Inquiries and engagements
Using the site, sending an email, or making a telephone inquiry does not create an engagement or establish responsibility for a filing deadline. A requested introductory call is not booked until a time is confirmed.
We review the proposed work and relevant state requirements before accepting an engagement. Scope and fees are agreed before preparation begins. A separate engagement agreement governs accepted work.
Scope and referrals
Olivia’s focus is trust and estate income-tax preparation. Discussion of estate-tax reporting or legal trust issues on this site identifies questions that may need separate professional review; it is not an offer to provide those services.
Work may be handled by staff or, depending on the engagement, referred to another professional. An outside professional is independent and uses a separate engagement.
