Who operates this site

Olivia Grace Taxes is a specialty division of Trio Tax, LLC, based in Boulder, Colorado. This notice describes the public Olivia Grace Taxes website and initial inquiries made through the contact information on it.

Information involved in a visit

This is an informational website with an optional guided questionnaire. The questionnaire keeps answers only in memory while the Get Started page is open. It does not submit answers or contact details to us, put them in URLs, or save them in cookies or browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears them. The final email and phone links do not include your answers; you choose what to share when you contact us.

There is no intake submission backend, document upload, account registration, payment facility, or booking service.

The hosting provider, Render, and the technical systems used to deliver the site may process ordinary technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request times. These systems may use logs to deliver, maintain, and protect the service. See Render’s privacy policy for its practices.

Email and telephone inquiries

If you email or call, you choose what information to provide. We use that information to respond, discuss your needs, and consider a possible engagement. Email and telephone providers also process communications through their systems.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, account numbers, or sensitive documents in an initial email. Secure-sharing instructions are provided after engagement. This website notice does not describe every system or process that may apply during a separate client engagement.

Cookies, analytics, and outside resources

The production website uses Google Analytics and the Google tag to understand website usage. Analytics may use cookies to distinguish visits and process technical information such as browser and device details, page visits, and interaction times. Requests to Google also involve your IP address. Analytics is disabled on preview builds.

We measure when the guide is begun or its summary is reached, clicks on our email and telephone links, and selected service links. These actions do not mean an inquiry was submitted. Questionnaire answers, names, contact details entered in the guide, and free text are not included in our analytics events. We do not use this implementation for advertising personalization, remarketing, or enhanced conversions.

We skip Analytics when your browser communicates Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and read Google's privacy policy. Blocking Analytics does not prevent you from using this site or the guide.

Questionnaire answers are not stored in cookies or browser storage. Fonts and images are hosted with the site; there are no embedded calendars, maps, videos, or third-party contact widgets.

Links to the IRS and other external sites take you to services with their own policies. An email or telephone link opens the application or service you use for that communication.

Handling information and questions

Hosting and communication providers process information as part of providing their services. If a referral to another professional is appropriate, we discuss the next step with you. No website or communication method can promise absolute security.
